What We Do

Our webservices unit currently services 270 corporate customers. This ranges from access to POI data up to complete solutions service to the likes of Microsoft and Terra. Given recent boom in geolocation we are soon opening our platform to the developers community.

Funcionalities

We build from 6 functions that can generate many kinds of services:

Geocoding:
Transforms and converts any address into latitude and longitude;

Reverse Geocoding:
Converts latitude and longitude into adresses, that means: street, number, district, city, state or country;

Mapping:
Generates maps dynamically in GIF, BMP, JPEG and other formats, and can set scale or zoom level;

Routing:
It allows to make routes and the distance between two or more points, provides the track to be taken, estimated time of the path and other information. For routes with several destinations it is possible to classify for better order or sequence, considering the information of streets or roads and road traffic.

Proximity:
It provides a list of addresses or places around a central point;

Traffic:
All the information about traffic is restricted to some Brazilians cities. The Traffic API has functions like: to summarize the traffic and freeways information, besides pointing the situation of what is happening around the area, such as accidents, construction sites and events.


Each item listed above can develop a number of functionalities. A mash-up of these functions can be applied to any kind of business, client, area, anything.
