Moacir Kang, CEO
Moacir Kang is a founding partner of Apontador and today holds the position of CEO. Moacir Kang graduated in 1996 from Columbia University NY, and has worked for companies such as Banco Patrimonio / Salomon Brothers and Chase Manhattan Bank as Equity and Currency Derivatives Trader, and as Manager and Head of Derivatives for Bank Unibanco and Unibanco Asset Management and later partner and CIO of Vector Investimentos.
Rafael Siqueira, CTO of Apontador
Rafael Siqueira is a founding partner of Apontador and has acted as CTO of Apontador since its origin. Rafael studied Mechatronics at POLI/USP and started working with Location Base Service in 1999, and he has been focusing in Local Search, Data Intelligence, Online Advertising and SEO. Nowadays besides acting as CTO Rafael also coordinates a team of research projects, such as, analysis of data information of the movements of over 16 million site users, with the objective of suggesting relevant information based on every user behavior, in space and time.
